On March 26, one positive COVID-19 case was found among the nucleic acid testing of people arriving in Maoming from Hong Kong after completing their 21-day centralized quarantine in Binhai New Area. Experts from Maoming People's Hospital determined that it was an asymptomatic case of COVID-19.

The man surnamed Wu, 44 years old, engaged in fish farming on Lamma Island, Hong Kong. On March 5, he returned to Zhuhai by fishing boat from Hong Kong. He arrived at Beishan village, Diancheng town, Binhai New Area on March 25. After consultation with the expert group on March 27, he was determined to have an asymptomatic case of COVID-19.

After a preliminary investigation, the main activities of the aforementioned case since March 25 are as follows:

March 25

18:00-21:00, after completing the 21-day centralized quarantine at a nursing home in Nanping town, Xiangzhou district, Zhuhai, he took a car-hailing ride to return to his home in Beishan village, Diancheng town, Binhai New Area, without getting off on the way;

21:00-21:30, he stayed at home;

21:30-22:00, he drove a motorcycle to Jueshan Health Center for nucleic acid sampling;

At 22:00, he returned home by motorcycle and then he did not go out.

March 26

8:30-15:00, he stayed at home;

15:00-16:00, he drove a motorcycle to the Chunjian barbershop near the Xiahai market in Diancheng town for a haircut;

At 16:00, he returned home by motorcycle and then he did not go out.
