Huang Yongwu

Huang Yongwu, born in 1966, is a male ethnic Han from Huazhou of Guangdong. Huang entered the work force in 1989 and was admitted to the Chinese Communist Party (CPC) in 1994. He obtained a university degree from the Party School of the Guangdong Provincial Comittee of CPC.

Huang is now vice-mayor of the Zhanjiang Municipal Government, and a member of the Party Leadership Group. He serves as director, inspector and secretary of the Party committee of the Zhanjiang Publicity Security Bureau. Huang also serves as first deputy secretary of the Legal Affairs Commission of the Zhanjiang Municipal Committee and first political commissar of the Zhanjiang Armed Police Detachment.
