The 15th China (Shenzhen) International Cultural Industries Fair opened in Shenzhen on May 16, and a Zhanjiang exhibition group of eight enterprises took part in the event to showcase the cultural and tourism resources of Zhanjiang.

The fair is held at Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center, and runs for five days. It is the 10th time that Zhanjiang sent an exhibitor group to the international event.

The Zhanjiang pavilion is located in the No 1 Exhibition Hall, covering an area of 179 square meters. It set up two special zones to display Zhanjiang's cultural and tourism industries, as well as the innovative cultural and tourism products of the city's enterprises.

Highlights include Zhanjiang's intangible cultural heritages, innovative cultural and tourism creative products and handicrafts, as well as related videos, photos, and introductions to them. Exhibits include Zhanjiang root carving works, hand-made tobacco pipes, lacquer wares, bamboo plaques, and moon cakes.
