Located between the Zhuhai's Gongbei Port and northwest Macao, the Zhuhai-Macao Cross-border Commercial Street for Imported Commodities grew into an important gateway for imports. It became a popular destination for shopping and leisure after an improvement project in 2012 .

As China's only special customs supervision zone allowing duty-free products to be displayed and traded, all the commodities at the commercial street are from the countries of origin.

It also hosts exhibitions and trade fairs. The products include coffee, wine, jewelry and cosmetics, as well as imported high-quality dry red wine from France.

The street also has top-brand wedding dresses from Europe and plans to organize a first-class expo for imported ceremonial robes.
