Shenzhen in South China's Guangdong province was the most attractive Chinese city for talents in 2021, according to Chinese news portal Jiemian.

Guangzhou grabbed second spot, followed by China's capital city of Beijing and financial center Shanghai, according to China's Urban Vitality Research Report 2021 released by Baidu Map as reported by Jiemian.

Four cities on the top 10 list came from Guangdong, the province whose GDP reached 12.4 trillion yuan ($1.95 trillion) in 2021.
