Empress' Double-layer Custard is a traditional Han snack in Foshan. Originating in Daliang Town, Shunde, Foshan, it is also called "Daliang Double-layer Custard". Made from local buffalo milk, high-quality white sugar, egg white and other ingredients with exquisite workmanship, it is white, tender, smooth, fragrant and sweet, but not greasy. It tastes good when it is hot or cold and is believed to help digestion and nourish the stomach and skin.
