Empress' Double-layer Custard is a traditional Han snack in Foshan. Originating in Daliang Town, Shunde, Foshan, it is also called "Daliang Double-layer Custard". Made from local buffalo milk, high-quality white sugar, egg white and other ingredients with exquisite workmanship, it is white, tender, smooth, fragrant and sweet, but not greasy.
