Leaguer Science Park is located in the core area of the high-tech intelligent manufacturing town in the Foshan High-tech Zone. It is an international technological innovation incubation base established by Leaguer Group and a base for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of Tsinghua University.

The park covers an area of about 500 acres around a 200 acre reservoir, and has a building area of 300,000 square meters.

The park is committed to building an innovation incubation system that integrates production, education and research, and has established an innovation center, a national incubator, a national makerspace, an international technology transfer center, the Nanhai College of Commerce and other innovation and entrepreneurship service platforms.

In addition, the park has established four venture capital institutions, namely the Academician Workstation of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, the Leaguer Intelligent Manufacturing Research Center of the Graduate School at Shenzhen Tsinghua University, the Foshan China Academy of Invention Achievement Transformation (CAIAT) and the Guangdong National Defense Science and Technology Industrial Technology Achievement Application Promotion Center.

At present, the park is home to more than 120 enterprises, including 20 high-tech ones, and has introduced and cultivated 12 provincial, municipal, and district innovative and entrepreneurial team projects, including two involving "Guangdong Pearl River Talent" teams.

The science and technology park has built six engineering technology centers at various levels, and its incubated enterprises have applied for a total of 568 patents.

The park is a member unit of the International Association of Science Park and Areas of Innovation (IASP), and has won national key construction projects (double innovation category), national high-tech enterprises (technological services), national incubators, national public innovation spaces and small enterprise special fund support (high-end talent-led type). The park won the special prize of Guangdong Science and Technology Award in 2015, and is the base for innovation and entrepreneurship of Tsinghua alumni and the practice base for Tsinghua University students.
