Foshan National Torch InnovationPioneeringPark was jointly established by the Torch High Technology Industry Development Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Science and Technology Department of Guangdong province and the Foshan People's Municipal Government.

The park aims to build a high-tech public service platform for high-quality R&D, incubation and commercialization. It also plans to provide an excellent environment to attract high-tech talents, introduce high-tech technologies and establish a high-tech industry incubation and entrepreneurship development base to promote the commercialization of high and new technology in Foshan.

With a floorage of more than 200,000 square meters, the park is located in Chancheng district in Foshan's downtown area, which is geographically, historically and culturally connected with Guangzhou.

It is in the middle of the Pearl River Delta Economic Zone and is within a one-hour drive of the three major transportation hubs in Guangzhou(Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, Guangzhou Nansha Port and Guangzhou Railway Station). The modern three-dimensional transportation network extends in all directions. 

The park is scientifically planned, and its facilities are well-established. There are multifunctional conference halls, multimedia conference rooms, business centers, restaurants, banks, fitness centers, underground parking lots and other business service facilities. It is a modern ecological garden-style science and technology park fit for entrepreneurial development.

Technology & Entrepreneurship Pre-Incubation Base

The Technology &Entrepreneurship Pre-Incubation Base is the first public service platform for entrepreneurship pre-incubation that gathers talents, projects and funds in Guangdong.

The base has established a roadmap for the cultivation and growth of high-tech industries. It focuses on serving college students and facilitating overseas degree earners to return to the motherland to develop their own startups, docking their businesses with projects in Beijing's Zhongguancun Sciance Park and Shanghai's Zhangjiang Hi-tech Park, as well as developing high-tech enterprises cultivated by the Chinese Academy of Sciences in Foshan. 

The base will provide free office space and low-cost services to reduce the risk and entrepreneurship cost, and will be developed into an intelligent and efficient incubation service platform.

Complete innovation industry chain

The construction of the Foshan National Torch Innovation Pioneering Park in the city's National High-tech Industrial Development Zone will draw on the experience of Silicon Valley in the United States while building and improving its innovation industry chain.

It will establish a public service platform featuring creativity stimulation, R&D and design, OEM manufacturing and marketing. These efforts could be expected to improve the ability and quality of its entrepreneurial services.
