On Dec 28, a ground-breaking ceremony for a packaging workshop belonging to Foshan Gaoming Hongying Food Co., Ltd. was held in Gaoming Park in the Foshan High-tech Zone.

The project covers an area of 29.51 mu (1.97 hectares), with a total investment of about 63 million yuan ($989.73 million). After reaching target output, it is estimated that the annual output value will increase by 150 million yuan, the annual tax revenue will be 7.14 million yuan, and the number of new employees will be 100.

The start of the new project is the epitome of the Gaoming Park authority's further acceleration of industrial space reconstruction and improving the quality and efficiency of enterprises.

Gaoming Park authority will continue to visit enterprises in park to understand their needs.

The park will explore a new transformation mode to deepen the improvement of inefficient industrial land. It is expected that about 1,000 mu of industrial space will be revitalized in the next five years to promote the space reconstruction and industrial upgrading of the park.
