Guangdong Yueke New Materials Technology Co. Ltd, a member of the Foshan High-tech Zone talent team, stood out among more than 300 companies and was runner-up in the national finals of the 2021 Dark Horse Competition recently.

Foshan Yuansheng Gene Biotechnology Co., Ltd., also a member of the team, was listed on Top 100 of the competition.

The 2021 Dark Horse Competition is an industrial innovation selection and trading competition, as well as a platform for the display, growth, trading and landing of urban industry pioneers. It aims to discover more potential enterprises and help them quickly enter the capital market.

It was launched in November. The jury is composed of 10 securities firms and 61 first-line investment institutions.

Runner-up Yueke New Material Technology is an innovative enterprise incubated by the Institute of New Materials, Guangdong Academy of Sciences, and a base for the research results. The company mainly develops a series of coating products such as wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and oxidation resistance, which are used in aviation, new energy and high-end equipment.
