Huayun Tongda (Guangdong) Road Technology Co., Ltd., an enterprise from Foshan National Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone, stood out from 1,031 nominations and won the first prize of 2021 Guangdong Provincial Award for Science and Technology Progress at a science and technology innovation conference held by local government on April 15.

Huayun Tongda's award-winning project is about low-carbon maintenance and recycling of road engineering. The relevant achievements of team have been applied to more than 6,000 kilometers of roads in more than 20 provinces across the country.

Huayun Tongda is located in Shunde Park of Foshan High-tech Zone. Its self-developed high-toughness and ultra-thin asphalt wear layer technology system has been awarded by Foshan High-tech Zone.

Huayun Tongda has been recognized as a national high-tech enterprise and a provincial SRDI (specialized,refinement,differential,innovation) enterprise in Guangdong. It is a comprehensive high-tech company dedicated to the research, development, production and promotion of advanced road engineering materials. It is also a achievement transformation platform for road engineering related disciplines in colleges and universities.

Huayun Tongda has gathered more than 30 R&D and operation management teams composed of overseas scholars, experts in the field of road engineering and has applied for nearly 50 patents so far.
