The Dianbai district Industrial Transfer Industrial Park enjoys prominent location advantages and convenient transportation. It was accredited by the Guangdong provincial government in June 2006 and rated as a provincial excellent industrial transfer industrial park in 2008, 2010 and 2015. 

In 2009, it was named the Guangdong provincial aquatic product industrial cluster demonstration area; in 2015, it was designated the Guangdong provincial circular reconstruction pilot park; and in both 2017 and 2018 it was rated as a top 10 industrial park and four-star industrial park in Guangdong province.

After years of development, Dianbai district Industrial Transfer Industrial Park has established one industrial park and eight industrial zones. They are the Jianggao town industrial park, the startup business zone, the Liutao jewelry industrial zone, the Guanli marine industrial zone, the Shayuan green building industrial zone, Shalang county sub-center industrial zone (Jingui industrial park, comprehensive processing park, and commercial logistics park), the western Guangdong agricultural products wholesale zone, the high-tech manufacturing zone in Mata county, and the Guangdong provincial agricultural product processing demonstration zone in Lintou town.

Dianbai district Industrial Transfer Industrial Park currently has a total planned area of 20 million square meters with 162 settled enterprises. It has formed six leading industries focusing on food processing, flavors and fragrances, jewelry processing, green building, marine industry, and medicine and health.

In a move to innovate its services for settled enterprises, the park implemented "one-on-one" services, providing follow-up services for the whole process of investment projects from project approval, environmental impact assessment and construction applications to construction.
