Sanhua plums, alias Dami plums, have red skin, red meat, large size, thick meat, and a sweet and sour taste. Due to the unique alpine climate in Qianpai Town, the surface of the Sanhua plum is covered by a white powdery fresh-keeping film, which has become its unique symbol.
