JTIM is the only journal in the world that is related to internal medicine and translational medicine. The impact factor (IF) score of this journal is among the top six internal medicine journals included in the SCI, ranking first among all the Asian internal medicine journals. In 2020, its first IF score reached 3.451, which ranks in the Q2 category in both medicine and internal medicine.
As the first top SCI journal editorial department in Guangdong province, the JTIM editorial department division will greatly improve the scientific research and academic influence at Maoming People's Hospital, and build a broader scientific research and academic exchange platform for the whole South China region.
