The Douzhouli Cultural and Creative Street project in Xinyi, a county-level city in Maoming, will have its soft opening next month.

Douzhouli Cultural and Creative Street is located in Xinyi Citizen Square, covering an area of about 10,942.53 square meters, with a total construction area of about 21,332.44 sq m. It will include a two-story commercial building and a theme hotel, with the project boasting an investment of 70.75 million yuan (9.76 million).

The project will not only promote Xinyi's local traditional culture, but also become a nighttime cultural and tourism business-themed commercial block that appeals to young consumers, which will help promote the development of Xinyi's cultural tourism industry and boost Xinyi's high-quality economic development with cultural tourism consumption.

Since the Douzhouli Cultural and Creative Street project officially started on July 16 this year, the construction progress has been smooth. The main project of the theme hotel is advancing rapidly and will be completed by the end of this month. The construction of the Tooth Carving Art Museum has taken shape, while the film and drama exhibition center has entered the internal decoration station. In addition, the establishment of Xinyi New Library is also progressing in an orderly fashion.

There are 95 stores in the project's commercial building. The first floor is mainly comprised of bars, a snack street, and an animation area, while the second and third floors mainly consist of entertainment experiences, amusement parks, and Chinese restaurants. At present, the project has carried out related investment work.
