Recently, the first list of 10 Guangdong province natural resources and forestry rule of law publicity and education bases was released, and Maoming Forest Park was on it.

Maoming Forest Park is located in the western suburbs of Maoming, only 12 kilometers from the city. With a total area of 4,500 mu (300 hectares), it is the first provincial forest park in Maoming city. In recent years, the forest park has made a lot of achievements such as construction of a science base, advancement of wildlife and forest protection, dissemination of ecological civilization, and promotion of natural resources-related law.

Maoming uses the Maoming Forest Park Science Museum, Brave Path (a road to publicize the rule of law) and other publicity and education platforms to further clarify the theme of the rule of law, enrich the rule of law in practice, create a rule of law atmosphere with innovative rule of law elements, and declare Guangdong province natural resources an overall forestry rule of law publicity and education base.

The Maoming Natural Resources Bureau organized workers in Guangdong Maoming Forest Park to carry out on-site review work, optimize the rule of law elements, make timely submission of materials, and film short videos to increase publicity efforts. After many efforts, Maoming Forest Park was selected for the list.

Maoming will continue to take the construction of rule of law culture as an important foundation for the construction of the city's natural resources rule of law, continuously improve the quality of the construction of rule of law culture, tell the story of natural resources rule of law, and create a recognizable and influential brand for the promotion of legal perspectives related to the natural world.
