Maoming's lychees sold well in more than 10 countries and regions, including the United States, the United Arab Emirates and the Netherlands.

"This year, there are plenty of lychee export orders," said Tang Baisheng, an employee of the Maoming Customs." The staff workers at Maoming Customs are busy every day ensuring that the lychees are fresh and are of high quality for exporting," he added.

The Maoming Customs has set up a special team to supervise the entire supply chain of exports of lychees and other special fruit. It has implemented 16 measures to optimize the business environment.

The Maoming Customs has also established a fast-track channel for the inspection of imported and exported fresh and perishable agricultural products, implementing advance reservations and priority inspections to minimize the time required for customs clearances of exports.
