Recently, a batch of mooncakes from Maoming weighing 960 kilograms and worth 77,000 yuan ($10,707) was exported to Oceania.

As of Aug 4, Maoming Customs supervised the export value of Maoming mooncakes and fillings exceeding 3 million yuan, mainly sold to North America and Southeast Asia.

Maoming Customs conducts policy briefings for enterprises, guiding them to leverage the benefits of Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) policies to promote the export of mooncakes overseas.
