The first Guangdong Economic Forest Harvest Festival will be held in Dianbai district, Maoming from Sept 22 to 24.

On the afternoon of Sept 22, the Guangdong Special Economic Forest Industry Development Seminar will be held, during which experts will discuss the development direction, innovative concepts, and new technologies and products related to specialty economic forest industries such as agarwood, Australian nuts, traditional Chinese medicinal herbs, and bamboo, aiming to promote the sustainable and rapid growth of the industry.

On the morning of Sept 23, the opening ceremony of the first Guangdong Economic Forest Harvest Festival will take place, which will feature a series of spectacular performances .

On the afternoon of Sept 23, a conference on the high-quality development of the agarwood industry will be held, during which scholars and industry representatives will provide insights and guidance on topics such as the integration of agarwood with cultural tourism, cultivation of agarwood seedlings, industry-academia collaboration, and the medicinal and food applications of agarwood.

From Sept 23 to 24, the first Guangdong Economic Forest Exhibition will be held in Dianbai Provincial Modern Agricultural Industry Park, which will showcase economic forest and related health products from various regions. The event will also include cultural and culinary activities.
