Maoming has completed 33 new industrial transfer projects with a total investment of approximately 38.7 billion yuan ($5.3 billion).

To promote industrial transfer, the city has implemented various measures. It has constructed three provincial industrial parks: Maoming Industrial Transfer Industrial Park, Maonan Industrial Transfer Industrial Park, and Gaozhou Industrial Transfer Industrial Park, providing support for the city's development.

The city has improved the intensive use of land and utilized policy dividends to promote the planning and infrastructure projects of the main platform park, as well as made use of idle and inefficient land.

The city has collaborated with Foshan and established the Foshan (Maoming) Industrial Transfer Cooperative Park in the Gaozhou-Maonan area of the main platform, focusing on the development of modern light industry.

It has also strengthened the operation of physical platforms by injecting funds and establishing industrial investment and development companies to enhance their capabilities and attract private capital to participate in infrastructure construction.

Additionally, it has strengthened industrial investment attraction, anchoring construction through investment projects, optimizing the business environment, and providing full-chain services to shorten the construction and production time.

These measures have promoted industrial transfer and development in Maoming, injecting vitality into the economy.
