Gaozhou city has recently made achievements in furthering its ecological construction.

Gaozhou has integrated its rural improvement projects with greening and beautification efforts, thus creating 150 village-level demonstration gardens and over 100,000 small parks, which are made of small vegetable gardens, orchards, flower gardens, and leisure parks.

Gaozhou has coordinated its resources and established over 30 community parks, which has enhanced the ecological environment for residents.

Gaozhou has also promoted the construction of themed forests. Schools have introduced ecological and cultural education courses and regularly organize ecological popularization activities, nature education programs, and community events to foster ecological awareness among students.

Gaozhou has been encouraging the public to participate in rural improvement projects and greening efforts. Activities such as distributing seedlings to rural areas and supporting agricultural development have been carried out, resulting in the planting of 43,000 tea tree seedlings. Events like "Wetland Day" and "Forest Day" have been organized to raise public awareness on ecological protection.

In response to the challenge of forest fires, Gaozhou has formed a rapid response team to address potential forest fire incidents and ensure the safety of the ecological environment.

Gaozhou has made efforts and progress in its ecological construction, enhancing the living standards of rural and community residents.
