Yanjing Ridge on Nanhai Island in Maoming is situated on the southwest coast and serves as a natural observation point, offering views of the sea, silver beaches, reefs, fishing boats, lighthouses, and other islands. Tongzi Bay, located west of Yanjing Ridge, is a hub for fishing, docking, and trading fresh seafood.

Romantic Coast is a national 4A-level tourist attraction in Maoming's Binhai New Area, featuring 5.3 km of pristine coastline. The area showcases Southeast Asian exotic architectural styles and a theme of love and romance, with natural landscapes such as azure sea, blue sky, sunshine, coconut groves, green grasslands, reefs, and fishing ports.

Fangji Island, located southeast of Bohe port in Dianbai district, Maoming, is the city's largest island, covering an area of approximately 2 square kilometers. The island boasts stunning natural scenery and lush vegetation with over 80 percent coverage and is designated as a national 4A-level tourist attraction.
