The Haling village

Itinerary:

Assembling in downtown Zhanjiang in the early morning —Watching the Haiwan Bridge on the bus—Visiting the Charcoal Home Leisure & Health Resort in Potou district — Visiting Haling village in Wuchuan — Visiting the Jizhao Bay Resort in Wuchuan—Returning to Zhanjiang (lunch is provided during the tour)

In the early morning, we head for Potou district. On the way, we cross the Haiwan Bridge, the longest of its kind in Guangdong province. The bridge looks like a colorful rainbow glittering under the sun. It also looks like a dragon with its head on one end and its tail on the other.

Then we arrive at the Charcoal Home Leisure & Health Resort, which is located in Longtoumo village, Potou district. The root sculpture entitled "the Chinese Dragon" is made of ancient ebony. Experts say that the "Chinese Dragon" had been buried under the ground for nearly 10,000 years before it was excavated. Ancient ebony is valuable, and this one is not only the best of its kind in China but also has set a new Guinness World Record. We have lunch at the Charcoal Home.
