Located north of Lianjiang Avenue, the 530-mu (35-hectare) park is comprised of a 27,000-square-meter square, a lake, and landscaping areas. It has 1,600 cherry trees, and will be strewn with flowers, lawns, and a pleasant fragrance during spring.

Upon completion, the park will be connected to the Tangshan Hill Ecological Park and greenways, and will be an ideal place for walking and hiking.
