Zhanjiang food takes off at airport

In order to provide passengers with richer cuisine and a local cultural experience, Zhanjiang Airport cooperated with a local restaurant to launch a food week event from Dec 9 to 15, providing a series of Zhanjiang specialties.

In addition to the unique seafood flavors of Zhanjiang, such as sea shrimp and small fish, the event also featured a number of traditional snacks and desserts, including bojichui, steamed rice roll, and jiandui.

Staff of Zhanjiang Airport said that the event brought together local snacks from Zhanjiang for the first time, incorporating local cuisine into the airport catering, so that passengers could enjoy their food and experience the unique food culture of Zhanjiang.
