Located in the southwest of Suixi county, Xianqun Island is about 1,200 meters long and 300 meters wide, with a total area of about 540 mu (36 hectares). It is also a natural barrier for the Jianghong Fishing Port. Each year, it attracts hundreds of thousands of tourists for sightseeing and tourism, as it possesses the advantage of comprehensively developing leisure and ecological tourism resources like tide watching, sightseeing, fishing, and swimming. The scenic area mainly includes a large area of scenic beaches, historical ruins, Jianghong fishing port, and a bathing beach.
