Starting from Feb 19, eight parks in the urban area of Zhanjiang have reopened to meet the needs of the public, while also fitting within the framework of the current novel coronavirus epidemic situation, as well as the continuing epidemic prevention and control efforts.

The eight parks are Nanguo Tropical Garden, Xiashan Sea-view Corridor, Jinsha Bay Sea-view Corridor, Binhu Park, Haitian Park, Lyutang River Wetland Park, Palm Garden, and Jinkang Banyan Park.

According to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control efforts, visitors entering any of the eight parks should obey anti-epidemic prevention and control management of the park, take self-protection measures, as well as support the park's sanitation and disinfection.

Indoor and outdoor places of business, book bars, volunteer service stations, and children's play areas continue to be closed in the park, while activities that gather large groups of people, such as square dancing, singing, and chess playing, are prohibited.

More parks in urban Zhanjiang will be opened in a timely and comprehensive manner depending on the status of prevention and control efforts of the novel coronavirus epidemic in Zhanjiang.
