As part of its epidemic prevention and control coverage, Xuwen media has closely focused on the efforts made by the Xuwen county government, carrying out strong reporting and publicizing epidemic related information in an organized, planned, and orderly manner.

Xuwen media was praised for its innovations in six aspects, including planning major topics, building columns, enriching content, focusing on new media, strengthening communication and increasing influence, as well as improving the information quantity of short news across multiple forms.
