Founded in 1951, Zhanjiang Nongken is a company affiliated to Guangdong Nongken Group. It has become a large State-owned enterprise focusing on the development, cultivation, and processing of tropical and subtropical crops, integrating production, scientific research, management, and service.

The workstation is an innovative platform for doctoral talent management and services of Zhanjiang Nongken. In addition, it can help the company solve technical problems and optimize brands.

Currently, 12 students with doctoral degrees from Guangdong AIB Polytechnic College have been selected to be part of the workstation.
