Cao Xing |
Cao Xing was born in 1963 and is a male ethnic Han from Leizhou, Zhanjiang of Guangdong. Cao was admitted to the Chinese Communist Party in 1985 and entered the work force one year later. He obtained his university degree while working and earned a Master of Business Administration degree afterwards.
Cao is now a member of the Standing Committee of Communist Party of China (CPC) Zhanjiang Municipal Committee, the vice-mayor of the Zhanjiang Municipal Government and deputy Secretary of the Party Leadership Group.
He is also a representative of the 11th Guangdong Party Congress, a member of the 10th and 11th CPC Zhanjiang Municipal committee, and a member of the 12th Standing Committee of Zhanjiang Municipal People's Congress.
