Zhanjiang in Guangdong province and Haikou in Hainan province signed an agreement on Sept 28 to cooperate on offering government affairs services.

Through this cooperation agreement, people from Zhanjiang can handle 39 government affairs services in Haikou, while Haikou residents can deal with the similar government affairs services in Zhanjiang.

The two cities will set up specialized windows at their government affairs service halls, as well as open columns on their government affairs service websites for the convenience of enterprises and people from both cities.

In the future, Zhanjiang and Haikou will expand the fields of cooperation on government affairs services, aiming to advance the interconnection between the two sides.
